The Defense Grid is displayed above with a large green glowing ring
around the Defense Relays. This ring will appear anytime the user
selects a Matter Converter, Defense Relay or Outpost. Remember, if
the ring isn't green, then there is a break in the Defense Grid and another
Defense Relay will need to be constructed inbetween the break to link them.
As long as the Defense Relays signals intersect, the signal will be carried.
After the final link to the Station is completed, a Mission Complete message
will appear and the game's Mission Outcome screen will appear.
